Tummy tuck (Abdominoplasty): Tummy Tuck can help you eliminate excess abdominal fat and skin, achieve tighter abdominal muscles, and enjoy a  flatter belly area.

Liposuction: Liposuction to the hips and flanks is often a very useful addition to a tummy-tuck procedure as it helps with contouring the body in areas that the tummy tuck can’t reach to achieve the optimal outcome for you. 

Vaser® Liposuction: Ultrasound-assisted Lipo for minimally invasive aesthetic body contouring that yields dramatic
results with less pain and downtime than traditional liposuction. 

Breast Rejuvenation: The breasts can often seem deflated and lose their posture after having children. A breast lift (mastopexy) can be performed with or without breast augmentation (using implants) to improve the appearance of the breasts and make them fuller and uplifted.

Recovery from the procedure

It will take 3-4 weeks to be back to your usual activities of daily living. Avoid strenuous exercise for  6-8 weeks. You will also need to wear a post-surgery pressure garment for 4-6 weeks post-surgery to achieve the optimal cosmetic outcome.
