Facelift can not halt the natural aging of the body, but can certainly reverse the clock by many years to make you look more youthful. A facelift is plastic surgery for moderate to severe wrinkles that cannot be reduced with dermal fillers, injectables, medical spa treatments, and other conservative approaches. Dr. Kerekes uses modern facelift techniques to tighten specific areas of the face or the entire face, depending on the patient’s individual anatomy and anti-aging needs.

Full Facelift

Full Facelift is a comprehensive procedure. It is performed through a hidden incision located around the ear and hairline. More often than not it is performed alongside a neck-lift that aims to improve the appearance and contour of the neck and jawline simultaneously.

Mini Facelift

Typically candidates for a mini-facelift are somewhere between their late 30’s and early 50’s, with minimal to modest signs of aging in their necks also. A mini-facelift is called a ‘mini’ as it is performed through a shorter incision located around the ear, it is also significantly shorter in duration and as a result it is also less expensive.

Neck Lift

If sagging and laxity are limited to the neck area, a neck lift may be all that is required. But often Facelift and Neck Lift are done together. This procedure involves an incision under the chin, through which the excess fat is removed and the neck muscles are tightened. Excess skin also may be trimmed away to create a smoother, more youthful appearance. A neck lift can be performed alone or in conjunction with face lift or other facial rejuvenation procedures.
