65 year old female with a distant history of breast augmentation who presented with bilateral capsular contracture (scarring) and implant rupture. She desired revision surgery with a more natural appearance. She underwent bilateral implant removal, capsulectomy and replacement with new silicone implants. Moderate profile Motiva 425cc implants.
