60 year old female with a history of breast augmentation who developed a right breast cancer and underwent right lumpectomy and adjuvant radiation. She developed breast asymmetry and capsular contracture and underwent breast reconstruction with right breast capsulectomy, pocket change, bilateral implant replacement and left mastopexy. Pictured 3 months post-operatively.
