49 year old female with a prior breast reduction who developed breast cancer and underwent bilateral nipple-sparring mastectomy. She then completed staged breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and ADM, followed by placement of cohesive silicone implants, fat grafting, and contouring of the chest and axillary tissue. Pictured 4 months following completion of her reconstruction.
