51 year old female with a history of breast cancer who previously had undergone lumpectomy and oncoplastic reduction by another surgeon. She then elected for bilateral mastectomies and was interested in breast reconstruction. She underwent staged implant-based reconstruction with tissue expanders and ADM, and finally having cohesive silicone implants placed with fat grafting to both breasts. Pictured at 4 months following completion of breast reconstruction.
