23 year old female with breast asymmetry and droop. She also had a history of massive weight loss and deflation of the breasts. She desired breast enhancement with improved shape, symmetry and increased volume. She underwent bilateral mastopexy augmentation with small reduction on the right for symmetry. She is pictured 3 months post-op.
