He earned his B.S. from the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he also completed medical school, an internship, and a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Recognized for his academic excellence and surgical talent during his time at the University of Florida, Dr. Kerekes received several prestigious honors. He was also actively involved in public service, demonstrating a commitment to community care.
